The Family Reserve is enhanced by its distinctive presentation. We have reverted to the traditional method of hand tying the cork with lightly waxed hemp twine. (ficele a l'ancienne) The bottle comes in an elegant red and gold gift box, with a pair of gilt scissors to cut the twine. This superb cuvee combines the quality and tradition of Champagne Dampierre.
Light green gold with a very light mousse. This wine is subtle at first, then begins to build to a richness and power that requires food . By the finish of the second or third sip, the flavours have become bold and gripping, a big wine, still fresh.
