Champagne Lady Tip

Your beautiful Champagne flutes should NEVER be put into the dishwasher and should be hand-washed with minimum detergent and rinsed with very hot water to ensure there is not a hint of detergent residue, otherwise it will destroy the bubbles of your Champagne. They should then be polished with a lint free cloth. If you follow these instructions your Champagne Comte Audoin de Dampierre will have the finest bubbles with the most marvellous effervescence. If it doesn't, then it is your glass that is at fault!
